Lamarooner is Comming...
***IN 2007 WATCH OUT FOR LAMAROONER IN DETROIT***
In a small yellow rescue boat, two research associates struggling to survive, pull to the surface a lobster trap. Within its containment, a large crustacean, lobster-like, intelligent, and destined to change the course of scientific theory (let alone the lives of all three). When Spooky Tiberius Horehound, Nozar Klarg and their new aquatic friend are rescued by the coast guard, they return to a remote laboratory begining two years of research. The lobster whom they had happened upon was the source of their wonder, and with the use of secret chemical refuzmitronation, they helped him to develope into a strangely evolved creature of human stature. His ability to comprehend Dr. Horehound's Aquastronomics* theory, and his understanding of Neurogalacticastro-Physics as taught by Nozar Klarg became the proof and motivation that the team needed in forming the infamous TeamScience Enterprises.
The ManLobster began communication via a monosynthetic tone generator which was later developed into a cerebral vocoder. Of the first transmissions made using this high tech equipment, unique sounds led Horehound and Klarg to name our crustacean hero "Lamarooner". In the following months, Lamarooner encouraged more aural experiments, and excelled in unconventional and underappreciated sound form. Together our team of musician scientists continue to explore the unexplained, the ironic, science, and controversial theory with research that has not gone unoticed. Let the masses be informed, that from a time when the sea was lonely, and space was known as "the Place" .... a creature was born. A creature that would soon be stumbled upon by the Great Scientific Minds of our time, and together they would befriend and teach him. Yet as he evloved he would indeed surpass their expectations by many claw-lengths. He alone would become the ManLobster, the one they call LAMAROONER.
"... so remain steadfast and keep one eye on the heavens, one toe in the water, together we will bridge the everincreasing rift between Sea and Space."
-Lamarooner
